Snowflake is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (Global Partner Program Specialist) to join its team in Bengaluru. This is a 12-month fixed-term role where you’ll play an important role in helping Snowflake partners succeed through the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN).
You will be the first point of contact for many partners, supporting their onboarding, enablement, and program readiness journey. Your role will involve guiding partners through SPN requirements, delivering structured support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth access to Snowflake’s resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive onboarding and engagement with partners for a positive experience.
- Present program requirements, best practices, and resources clearly.
- Guide partners through SPN programs and tier requirements.
- Deliver onboarding and enablement using both prepared content and a consultative approach.
- Support SPN documentation and internal coordination.
- Troubleshoot escalations and ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
- Manage high-volume partner engagements while tracking progress accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Help partners achieve milestones and unlock benefits of the SPN.
- Identify gaps in the partner journey and propose solutions.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Partner Programs, Customer/Partner Support, Partner/Sales Operations, Project Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Training/Enablement.
- Experience in handling customer- or partner-facing roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of strategic engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to present to executives).
- Preferred: Additional language skills (Japanese or Mandarin), exposure to channel/partner programs, and experience in a fast-paced global tech environment.
